Job Summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our crew for upcoming fiber optic infrastructure projects. Whether you're experienced in the fiber division or a hardworking laborer looking to break into a high-growth trade, we want to hear from you. This role requires working on our projects in Alberta on a 28 day on 10 day off rotation, overtime oppertunities, Logding is covered and a $75/day per diem.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
Perform tie inns for conduit and installation of vaults
Help with site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work setting.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
Operate basic hand tools and assist with equipment setup under supervision.
Support the team in meeting project deadlines by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
Experience
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
