As the primary leader of the Windsor Jewish community, the Executive Director plays an essential role in managing partnerships, community engagement, and fundraising strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the implementation of strategic plans and evaluations
Cultivate relationships with local and government partners




Inspire volunteer involvement and donor engagement
Develop fundraising strategies including the Annual UJA Campaign
Create an annual programming calendar to enhance community activities

Requirements:
Over three years of senior management experience
Proven track record in fundraising and community relations
Commitment to Jewish values and life
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Relevant degree in Education, Social Work, or related fields
