This role supports the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed to keep construction and manufacturing projects running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while building solid supplier relationships and balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities: Support procurement planning and recommend purchasing improvements to leadership.

Source materials, consumables, and services based on pricing, availability, quality, and value.

Compare supplier quotes, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-saving prospects.





Prepare and track purchase orders and procurement records.

Coordinate orders with project schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers while resolving supply issues.

Monitor supply chain risks and proactively address potential disruptions.

Assist with logistics, inventory, shipping, material handling, and returns.

Support continuous improvement in purchasing efficiency and supply chain performance.

Manage inventory levels to meet project needs while controlling costs.
