Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Superintendent to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all specifications and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a passion for delivering quality results. As a Site Superintendent, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and maintain rigorous safety standards to drive project success.

Duties
Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project schedules and resolve issues promptly
Monitor construction progress using project management software such as ProCore to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality control standards, review blueprints and schematics, and verify work aligns with design specifications
Manage daily labor force, supervise subcontractors, and oversee safety protocols in compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations
Read and interpret construction plans, schematics,



and contracts to facilitate accurate execution of tasks
Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, safety records, and project updates
Ensure proper use of construction management software like Bluebeam for drawings and documentation sharing

Skills
Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising capabilities
Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam for scheduling
Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting processes, and construction estimating techniques
Knowledge of WorkSafeBC safety standards and ability to enforce safety policies effectively in office
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction planning
Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously
Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges
Strong communication skills for explicit coordination with all stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
