Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Support the team in plating dishes efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure freshness




Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently during busy service times

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
Robust understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices
Excellent skills in meal preparation and executing recipes accurately
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
Prior kitchen experience in the food industry is highly desirable
