We are looking for a Class A Licensed Automotive Technician who enjoys working in the Automotive Trade. You will be responsible for:
Performing work on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and Kia Canada policies and procedures
Diagnosing, maintaining, and preparing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, and provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Performing inspections and safety checks
Performing a variety of skilled work not requiring the service of other licensed trades
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Operating vehicles to move in and out of the service garage and completing road tests
Maintaining a clean workspace
Other duties as required by management

Skills and Qualifications:





Skilled experience is an asset but even if you have little or no automotive sales experience, our training program will teach you the skills required for success.
High school diploma or equivalent
Class A Automotive Technician license
OEM experience preferred
Proficient with computer systems and programs
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Mandatory valid G driver's license and clean drivers abstract
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate automotive issues clearly

Pay Details:

Flat Rate $30.00 - $40.00/Hour
