We are seeking a reliable and skilled Garage Door Installer to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and related equipment.

The successful candidate will be comfortable using hand and power tools, working at customer locations, and performing physically demanding tasks while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities Install residential and commercial garage doors and door systems.

Install tracks, panels, springs, cables, rollers, openers, and related hardware.

Remove and replace existing garage doors and equipment.

Measure openings and ensure proper alignment and installation.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and operational issues.

Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on garage door systems.

Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment safely.

Load and unload doors, materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain a clean and secure work area.





Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation and service work.

Follow company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

Complete service documentation and report any installation concerns.

Travel to residential and commercial job sites as required.

Qualifications Previous garage door installation, construction, mechanical, or related trade experience is preferred.

Experience using hand and power tools.

Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read measurements accurately.

Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.

Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.

Valid driver''s licence and a clean driving record are preferred.

Positive communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
