We are looking for a Bilingual Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations for our client in Toronto, Ontario (1 day in week per office, 4 days remote).

This Long-term Contract chance is ideal for someone who combines robust technical payroll knowledge with hands-on experience using leading payroll and accounting platforms.

The successful candidate will help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting compliance, advantages administration, and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities: Assist with payroll system updates or related process changes as needed while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Process bi-weekly payroll for a large, multi-provincial payroll across Canada Handle employee payroll inquiries through ticketing system Pull and balance employee hours Verify payroll taxes and ensure payroll accuracy Process union payroll across multiple unions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll inquiries and improve day-to-day payroll processes.
