Strategic Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze functional gaps, and recommend solutions aligned with operational challenges.

Project Delivery: Participate in all phases of system development, including analysis, design, testing, implementation, and deployment of information systems.

Operational Optimization: Manage data quality, handle system access administration, and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and procedural manuals.

Change Management: Provide user support, training, and change management strategies to ensure successful solution adoption.

Project Oversight: Monitor deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Produce relevant performance indicators and analyses.

What you must have: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).





Minimum of 69 years of experience in business analysis, including functional coordination or leadership.

Excellent command of French (written and spoken).

Proven experience in functional system support, including incident management and complex technical diagnostics.

Strong understanding of application components, system integrations, data flows, and digital architecture.

Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Proven experience in business process modeling and transformation.

Demonstrated history of analyzing prospects and implementing information systems.
