Construction Project Manager Location: Memramcook, NBCompensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + benefits

Were partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor specializing in large-scale commercial HVAC and ventilation projects across Atlantic Canada.

Known for delivering high-quality work in healthcare, retail, institutional, and recreational sectors, theyre continuing to grow and are looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team.

What youll be doing: Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules and manpower plans Review drawings, specifications, and project scope Handle RFIs, change orders, and site instructions Track project costs and prepare monthly reports and billings Support commissioning andensuresuccessful project delivery Lead site meetings and promote a robust safety culture What you bring:



3+ years of construction project management experience Experience with mechanical/HVAC projects is a strong asset Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Proficiency with MS Office (MS Project is an asset) Valid drivers license P.
