Title: Warehouse Associate - Heavy Lifting

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $22.00 /hr

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

Shifts available: Monday to Friday

We're currently building our Warehouse Associate candidate pool and are seeking dependable individuals for future opportunities with our client, a fast-growing, high-quality specialty coatings manufacturer located in North Brampton.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AS THIS LOCATION IS NOT BUS ACCESSIBLE

Responsibilities:
Load/Unload incoming and outgoing orders
Comfortable being around paint workplace
Pack goods to be shipped
Pouring paint into packages
Match product with shipping or PO documentation during shipment
Identify discrepancies and bring them to the attention of QC
Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
Maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
Attach identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
Schedule, track and verify shipments as required
Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies as required
Maintain a safe, organized working setting
Must be able to work in a team environment
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
Willingness to work in a physically demanding position




Must be comfortable using a computer
Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of lading and international shipments
Robust analytic and math skills required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to read and write English
High school diploma or higher (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
