As the Janitor Maintenance Worker, you will report to the Site Manager and uphold the organization's mission, focusing on cleanliness and functionality of the site. Key tasks include janitorial duties, minor repairs, and maintaining building equipment alongside supporting new staff and volunteers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming workplace for guests and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, wash, and wax floors to maintain cleanliness
• Remove garbage and empty recycling containers daily
• Monitor and upkeep all building equipment




• Perform minor repairs, plumbing, and landscaping as needed
• Assist staff and oversee volunteers for consistent facility needs

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education with 2 years related experience
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Building Service Worker Diploma is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
