This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and team development.As the Project Leader, Capital Investments, you will report to the Major Projects and Infrastructure Manager. You'll oversee the project management team and coordinate with external engineering partners to ensure all projects are completed efficiently. Building a robust team and improving project monitoring methodologies will be key aspects of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and cost compliance
Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams
Coach team members to meet project goals




Participate in supplier selection and specification writing
Review and validate team investment submissionsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in project management
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
