Become a vital part of Sephora's full time team as a Loss Prevention Lead in Ottawa. Manage loss prevention efforts while training Agents and monitoring compliance.

In this role, you will take on additional responsibilities beyond those of an Agent, focusing on the development and training of staff. While supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager, you will review financial reports to identify theft risk and enhance the store's security measures. Your leadership will be essential for meeting Sephora’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare weekly market and agent recaps
• Conduct OPEX evaluations where needed
• Participate and lead in district meetings
• Review and approve Agent schedules
• Assist high shrink stores with inventory prep

Requirements:
• 2 years of Loss Prevention experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Compliance with Sephora dress code policy
