Salary – £29,000

Cineworld Barnsley is a newly built Complexity 3 cinema boasting 13 screens with an IMAX, 4DX , Screen X and Starbucks, located on The Glass Works development in Barnsley's Town Centre. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, a Starbucks Store Manager, 4 Team Leaders and 3 Starbucks Store Supervisors.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)

Food Handling and Stock Control

Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)

Cleaning

Increasing Sales

Maintaining Standards

Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People

Addressing and Resolving Complaints

Induction and Training of Team Members

Coaching Team Members

Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
