ONroute is seeking a Brand Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Ontario travel centers. You will oversee brand performance, manage inventory and costs, and drive sales while upholding franchise standards and customer service excellence.
You will lead hourly teams, schedule shifts, and partner with plaza staff to meet financial targets. As Manager-in-Charge when the GM or AGM is not present, you ensure safety compliance, audits, and policy adherence.
