We seek an experienced Hostel Manager to develop policies and manage daily operations. The successful candidate will recruit and supervise staff, conduct training sessions, and address customer concerns, all while overseeing a budget between $100,001 and $500,000. Additionally, this role includes conducting performance reviews and negotiating with suppliers and clients to enhance overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement daily operational policies
• Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff
• Prepare and monitor budgets and marketing plans




• Conduct training sessions for staff development
• Address customer complaints and manage special needs

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management
• Certificate/diploma from post-secondary education
• Proficiency in MS Office and Central Reservation Systems
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
• Clean criminal record check
