This full time position involves working Monday to Thursday, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly, dedicated to maintaining and repairing mobile equipment. You’ll leverage your technical skills and experience to contribute to our cutting-edge wood chipping facility, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain mobile equipment, including the 325D High decker
• Follow safety and lockout procedures to ensure a safe worksite
• Build collaborative relationships within the Skookumchuk team




• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Adhere to safe work practices and operate equipment efficiently
Requirements:
• Interprovincial certificate in Heavy Duty Mechanics
• Background in hydraulics, welding, and electronics
• Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to working safely in an industrial setting
