A successful candidate will be experienced in kitchen duties and physically capable of lifting and moving equipment as needed in a bustling setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area
• Efficiently wash and sort dishes and utensils
• Follow all sanitation and kitchen operating procedures
• Empty trash bins and ensure cleanliness
• Execute proper cleaning techniques on kitchen equipment
Requirements:
• Experience in a restaurant dishwashing role
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Understanding of WHMIS and safety guidelines
