In this pivotal role, you will support the Corporate Director of Hotel Operations and work with General Managers to elevate property performance. With your significant hotel management experience, you will address operational challenges and lead initiatives that enhance guest experiences. You will undertake regular property visits to ensure adherence to high standards and effective management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support and follow-up on key initiatives
• Manage hotel visits focusing on service and maintenance




• Review performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores
• Assist with compliance to cleanliness and service standards
• Encourage development and communication among hotel staff
Requirements:
• At least five years in progressive hotel management
• Prior experience as a General Manager or equivalent
