Volunteer Experience Work Experience Work & Career Kinton Ramen is seeking a Cook for their Victoria location.
Permanent, Full time; (30-40 hours per week), $22.00/hour. Bonus is available based on sales performance.
Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 11:00am and 9:00pm as required.
Duties Cook everything on the menu;
Prepare Ramen ingredients and other Japanese food;
Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation;
Give training to new cooking and kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese ramen techniques, and other matters.
Qualifications Secondary school completion is required;
Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
Previous experience with Japanese ramen cuisine is an asset;
English language ability is required;
Japanese language ability is an asset.
