As a Phlebotomist (Donor Centre Associate), you will be part of a caring team dedicated to providing lifesaving products to patients. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform donor registration and eligibility screening
• Execute safe venipuncture and provide post-donation care
• Maintain accurate records in the computer system
• Assist in organizing mobile donor events and clinics
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices
Requirements:
• High school completion is required
• Training in phlebotomy or one year related experience
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-focused role
• Understanding of Positive Manufacturing Practices
• Basic computer skills and bilingualism are assets
