Motion Industries is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure customer expectations are accurately determined and fully met, while coordinating orders and service activities.
You will place orders by phone, fax, email, or walk-in; quote customers with data from field techs; negotiate pricing within guidelines; build relationships to drive repeat business and schedule service technicians. You may expedite backorders, pull inventory, and arrange shipping to customers for productive delivery.
