Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client intake interviews
• Provide referrals and relevant information to clients
• Maintain accurate client intake packages and lists
• Collaborate with external agencies for referrals
• Document client information in case management systems
Requirements:
• Degree in social work, counselling, or related field
• Experience in community-based human services
• Proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing
• Knowledge of Inuit culture and community issues
• Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills
