Lead operational excellence to enhance growing processes
Manage environmental systems alongside Head Growers
Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards
Work collaboratively on trials for current agricultural products
Coach and develop team leadership and performance standardsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Horticulture or Agronomy
5+ years in controlled environment agriculture management
Robust understanding of pest management in hydroponics
Proven track record in agriculture strategy implementation
