As a Lifeguard/ Swim Instructor for the Town of Canmore, you'll have the chance to provide excellent service while ensuring the safety of all guests. Enthusiastic individuals with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. This role allows you to interact with diverse individuals and build lasting relationships in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the safe operation of the pool daily
• Teach swim techniques and build confidence among participants
• Evaluate participant progress and assign grades as needed




• Provide first aid according to safety standards
• Enforce aquatic guidelines and respect customer confidentiality

Requirements:
• Must possess National Lifeguard award and First Aid certification
• Required Lifesaving Society Swim for Life Instructor certification
• Previous experience in the Aquatics field is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation is essential
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
