Role Overview
As a Medical Office Representative, you will support front desk operations in a busy physician practice and play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient office workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting patients during check-in and check-out

Collecting payments and processing revenue cycle activities

Scheduling appointments,



procedures, and surgeries

Handling patient inquiries and resolving administrative concerns

Entering physician orders and maintaining accurate patient records

Utilizing various computer systems to manage provider schedules

Communicating with patients regarding appointments and follow-up needs

Supporting daily office operations and administrative functions

Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience

Six (6) months of healthcare experience OR

Six (6) months of customer service experience
