Become a vital part of MOSAIC as a Program Support Worker in our Seniors Club. This role combines administrative support with client interaction, fostering community engagement and inclusivity.

MOSAIC, a leader in immigrant services in Canada, seeks a motivated individual to support our Seniors Club’s initiatives. As a Program Support Worker, you will be responsible for administrative duties, inventory management, and client communications while maintaining a strong emphasis on confidentiality. Your contributions will help improve the quality of life for our clients in Greater Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for reports and records
• Verify accounting codes and process invoices timely




• Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies
• Assist in planning and executing special client events
• Document client activities for data collection and reporting

Requirements:
• High School diploma with administration training or experience
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Clean Criminal record check required
• Ability to speak Persian is necessary
• Proficient in office technology and communication skills

Support seniors in a energetic role through effective admin and client engagement.
