We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our operations as Driver's Assistants. This full-time position involves physical collection of recycling and waste, providing program updates, and actively engaging with our safety culture. Ideal candidates are passionate about environmental stewardship and committed to delivering reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily program updates to the driver
• Assist in physical waste collection tasks
• Give directions to the collections driver when necessary
• Document routing and program issues through Navusoft
• Liaise with Customer Support Team on-site obstacles

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Strong physical stamina and endurance
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
