Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
Passionate about providing provide great customer service
Comfortable with standing, lifting upto 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn
Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
People-person, good at building rapport
Results-driven
Team player, but can work solo

A day in your life with us Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage .
Act as a point of contact for customer interactions related to online orders and handout pickups, ensuring accurate, timely, and friendly service
Support order handouts by resolving issues, answering customer questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience
Secure merchandise for safe movement
Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
Maintain safety and security in work areas
Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity

About this work area We're the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.
