Position DuBois Chemicals Canada is offering an 8-12 month co-op position. The position will be based in our Vancouver office with some prospect for local travel. The candidate will be part of a technical Project Management team, working alongside Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and the Manager of the Project Management Office.
Responsibilities Component selection and sourcing
Preparation of quotations
Preparation of 3D models of piping assemblies in AutoCAD
Preparation of BOMs of piping assemblies
Project Coordination (task tracking, minute preparation, schedule updates)
Backup for Shipping/Receiving Equipment troubleshooting and testing
Participation in customer service and technical issue resolution
Hands on assembly and testing of piping and instrumentation
Requirements Minimum two-year completion of a Mechanical, Materials, Electrical or Chemical Engineering program
Laboratory experience is desirable
Hands-on mechanical aptitude is required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details is required
Other Information Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 - 25.00/HR
