In this crucial role, you will report directly to the Estimating Manager and take charge of preparing cost estimates for projects valued up to $1 Billion. Your expertise in reading construction documents and your experience with Design-Build projects will be essential as you lead meetings, manage tender deliveries, and ensure accuracy through effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate comprehensive tender costs consistently
• Lead tender management with clear project goals




• Present and explain project scope and risks
• Maintain documentation for tender processes
• Evaluate ongoing projects for cost management

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology
• Over 7 years’ experience in estimating within construction
• Hands-on experience with commercial bidding platforms
• Robust IT skills, especially in estimating software
• Knowledge of municipal works and MTO contracts
