In this role, you will work under the Branch Manager to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monitor credit limits. Your daily tasks include reconciling payments and maintaining accurate office records. You will also be responsible for assisting with inventory control and championing Nutrien’s core values of safety and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable accurately
• Reconcile payments and ensure 100% accuracy daily
• Print required daily reports including payments listings
• Maintain confidential records of daily transactions
• Assist with inventory control and shipment receiving

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Valid Canadian driver’s license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous SAP experience is an asset
• Commitment to follow safety and regulatory standards
