As the Compensation Director for Go to Market and North America, you will be at the forefront of shaping compensation for diverse business areas. Reporting to the Vice President, your role will encompass strategic guidance for compensation processes across various departments such as Legal, Tax, and Marketing. Your focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance and equity across our compensation systems while supporting HR functions and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead compensation strategy for sales and marketing domains
• Own North America cross-business compensation matters




• Manage Annual Compensation Process effectively
• Develop sales incentive and pay structures
• Oversee compensation activities in Workday system

Requirements:
• 10+ years in compensation roles focused on sales and marketing
• Experience in SaaS or similar tech environments
• Strong quantitative and Excel skills
• North American regulatory expertise required
• Transparent communication skills for stakeholder management
