We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Consultant with 7-10 years of rich, hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration. Your role will include defining Agile tooling strategies, customizing processes, and enhancing stakeholder engagement through effective use of Atlassian platforms. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enterprise-scale implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define strategic Agile tooling direction with stakeholders
• Enhance Jira and Confluence best practices and standards




• Implement custom solutions using scripting in Groovy and Python
• Analyze technical impacts and recommend improvements
• Maintain the integration roadmap with enterprise applications

Requirements:
• 7-10 years experience with Atlassian tools
• Strong Jira administration expertise
• Proficient with REST APIs and web integrations
• Background in Agile methodologies and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
