Become an integral part of PNR RailWorks as an Assistant Foreman for Track Installation. Supervise installation crews, enforce safety standards, and enhance performance on rail projects.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for executing track tie installations and maintaining railway safety compliance. Your background of at least two years in the railway field will guide your day-to-day supervision of the crew. Additionally, you will be tasked with fostering a culture of safety and efficiency to guarantee project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations in absence of Track Foreman
• Develop and communicate safety action plans
• Conduct regular reviews of work site conditions
• Promote customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Ensure daily vehicle inspections are performed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in railway maintenance
• Certification in Track Inspection Guidelines
• Capable of understanding industry-specific documents
• Solid verbal and written communication abilities
• Hold a valid Ontario class G driver's license
