Your responsibilities will encompass drafting critical legal documents and representing the firm in various court proceedings. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver litigation services to the organization and its subsidiaries
• Draft pleadings, mediation briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent in court for motions and discovery




• Negotiate disputes favorably and strategically
• Provide legal opinions on broader litigation issues

Requirements:
• Law Degree (LLB or JD) with 5–10 years experience required
• Licensed by Law Society of Ontario
• Strong judgment and advocacy skills
• Experience in life insurance litigation preferred
• Proficiency in French is an asset
