Electrical Maintenance and Warehouse Technician

Test electronic and mechanical components: motors, hoists, transformers, pendants, and other electrical equipment Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in accordance with standardized procedures Inspect and repair elevator construction tools and equipment Load, unload construction toolboxes guided by digital bill of materials Required skills

Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Demonstrated hands‑on experience diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical and mechanical equipment including electrical motors (115v - 480v), using provided test instruments and circuit diagrams Warehouse, logistics, or tool crib experience. This role requires repetitive lifting, bending, and handling materials up to 50 lbs Lift truck experience (asset)

The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate,



including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
