Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
• Engage with employees through daily interactions
• Address employee inquiries and bolster their experience




• Collaborate on recruitment plans with internal stakeholders
• Lead the orientation process for new hires and training
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ HR experience with a focus on employee relations
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area
• Solid understanding of Ontario employment legislation
• Proven relationship-building and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
