As aFood & Beverage Supervisor , you will be a key leader in ourFood & Beverage team , ensuring ahigh-quality dining experience for our members and guests across casual dining, fine dining, and banquet operations. Reporting to theFood & BeverageManager , you will oversee service excellence, mentor and develop staff, and contribute to anexceptional club atmosphere .

An Overview of your Main duties & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor service staff, fostering apositive, high-performance culture .
- Conductpre-shift meetings , ensuring team members are informed of daily specials, service standards, and club events.
- Lead by example with ahands-on management approach , assisting with service when required.
- Provideongoing training and professional development for team members.
- Ensure members and guests receiveexceptional service , exceeding expectations.
- Overseedaily service operations , ensuring seamlesskitchen and staff coordination .
- Supervise table settings,



cleanliness, and ambiance to maintainDonalda Club’s high standards .
- Handleguest feedback and service issues professionally , ensuring timely resolutions.
- Monitorreservation management , ensuring special requests (dietary, seating preferences) are accommodated.
- Ensure compliance withalcohol service regulations andclub policies .
- Assist ininventory management , ensuring proper stock levels for beverages, supplies, and equipment.
- Managerevenue control procedures , working closely with theFood & Beverage management team .
- Supportevent execution , working alongside catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless functions.
- Conductsafety inspections , ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

Compensation:



The expected compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 annually .Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
