Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipment, replenishment, and organization of stock
• Uphold back-of-house standards and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance across the store
• Recognize and address operational issues proactively
• Model leadership behaviors and visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
• Solid execution and attention to detail
• Ability to coach associates in real time
• Flexible availability for nights and weekends
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and conduct physical activities
