As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will work in a high-stakes workplace, operating CNC machines and ensuring that all processes meet the exact specifications outlined in engineering drawings. You will play a key role in mentoring fellow machinists and spearheading continuous improvement projects. Your expertise will help drive productivity while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC machining tools
• Interpret CAD models and engineering documentation
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency
• Carry out precision inspections and quality checks
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with Fanuc machines and Mastercam 2025
• Robust knowledge of machining processes and tolerances
• Excellent attention to detail and independent work capabilities
