Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident maintenance requests and follow up efficiently
• Execute routine repairs and maintenance on building systems




• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of apartments and common areas
• Participate in preventative maintenance routines and improvements
• Document maintenance activities accurately in our systems

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in general maintenance
• Must have own tools and safety gear
• Clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license
• Adaptable to work outside regular hours
• Pass a criminal record check
