YCDSB is seeking a permanent Licensed Maintenance Worker - HVAC. Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. With five years of experience and a current 313A Certificate, your skills will ensure optimal system operation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems in school buildings
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep records
• Install and replace HVAC equipment as needed
• Attend to additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma essential
• Certified as a 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
• Minimum five years of HVAC experience required
• Class “G” Ontario Driver’s License
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems preferred
