Atooskee Energy Services is looking for a community-oriented General Manager for Crowfeathers in Moberly Lake. This role focuses on enhancing operations across convenience, fuel, and food service sectors.

In the General Manager position, you will lead operational strategies that align with the economic development objectives of the Saulteau First Nation. You will engage with your team, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving profit and efficiency. Building strong community relations will be a focal point of your management style.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide daily operations of Crowfeathers convenience store
• Lead, train, and develop store personnel
• Promote a safe and customer-first workplace culture




• Manage operational costs and sales performance
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Five or more years in management within relevant industries
• Proven experience in team development and support
• Financial management and operational planning expertise
• Robust skills in inventory and customer excellence
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities with Indigenous experience
