What You Will Be Doing
Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of hospitality
Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure a seamless dining experience
Maintain strong communication with the service team to support smooth operations
Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to create memorable experiences
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism
Maintain an organized and polished host stand and reception area
Support the team during peak service times and special events
Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in all guest interactions
Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in a host or guest-facing role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
High attention to detail and a passion for guest service
Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is an asset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Serving It Right certification
