As a Millwright Crew Leader, you will guide field crews through project executions, maintaining safety and quality standards. You should have a minimum of one year as a supervisor and five years of construction experience to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will also involve overseeing installations and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate field projects successfully
• Install grain handling systems and equipment
• Travel for occasional job site assignments




• Maintain a safe and efficient job site
• Manage the use of specialized tools and machinery

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of supervisory/foreman experience
• 5+ years in a construction-focused role
• Millwright 433A certification or equivalent
• Effective problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Commitment to safety and project deadlines
