Support families in need as a Family Services Worker with Saskatoon Tribal Council Inc. Focused on case management, you'll help prevent child apprehension through advocacy and community support.

Reporting to the Child and Family Services Supervisor, this role emphasizes providing case management services to families at risk. You will be an advocate for their needs, aiming to secure family stability and enhance quality of life. The position also entails providing after-hours on-call support as part of a rotational duty.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cases for families facing challenges
• Act as an advocate for children's and family needs
• Support families to prevent child apprehension
• Communicate effectively to assess evolving situations
• Provide after-hours support on rotational basis

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Social Work is mandatory
• Relevant experience in child and family services preferred
• Solid advocacy and communication abilities
• Willingness to engage in on-call support
• Passion for enhancing family quality of life
