As a key figure in our operations, you will manage comprehensive safety policies within our 1.2 million-square-foot facility. This includes leading safety audits and collaborating with management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in safety standards. Empowering Safety Coordinators and partnering with HR also form part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Uline's safety program and related policies
• Work with management to set and achieve safety goals
• Conduct warehouse safety audits and incident reviews
• Guide a team of Safety Coordinators in best practices
• Partner with HR on compensation claims processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse safety management
• First Aid and Material Handling certifications essential
• Preferred OHS experience at the provincial level
• EHS experience is advantageous
