In this supervisory position, you'll manage the scheduling and quality of lab work while serving as the key contact for client relationships. Your responsibilities include approving assay results and leading safety meetings. With 5-10 years of experience in Fire Assay and supervisory skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining laboratory standards and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule workflows to meet client deadlines
• Approve assay results and generate weekly reports
• Conduct performance reviews for lab staff




• Maintain quality control standards in the lab
• Monitor safety compliance and conduct incident investigations

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in Chemistry or related field
• BC Registered Assayer Certification is a plus
• 5-10 years in Fire Assay, with supervisory experience
• Proficient in lab instruments and software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
